errr - Dush jee that letter is rather poorly written - don't you think...
I've only written a declination letter once and on two occassions, I've declined over the phone.

i know, this one is not written nicely. it was a random sample, written for a position that the candidate saw online later and then wrote back, when was called for an interview.
in many fields, declination letters must be written carefully to make sure in case people will need to, that they arrange to keep their door open, otherwise.
