Result: Sameena managed to cover her cost, but the profit wasn't so great.
What went wrong:
It was supposed to be a parody of the typical punjabi flick - hence some of the cheesy pics posted. However, writing a comedy is something hard to do , and the audience wasn't laughing this time.
Acting was not so good - Mehr Hassan looked out of place, although her job was the best (naturally if you check out her experience) - so she made all the other girls look terrible. Ms. Reema is not very happy these days according to reports.
Rumor is that the producer decided to take some wrong decisions, and Sameena Peerzada was quite pissed at him for being an idiot, so she deliberately let the whole project go down the drain. She didn't realize her reputation would go down the drain as well.
There was nothing highly special about it. Cinematography was better than the typical paki flick, but they used old technology. So films like Chalo Ishq Larain, Fire, and Yeh Dil Aap Ka Hua made the audience indifferent to Sharaarat.

i totally agree wid da issue of da paki films no matter how hard htey try they won’t make a sensible film ever only 1 i liked was ‘yeh dil aap ka huwa’ still they had to use indian singers to make it perfecto hena???
then they talk about the ind-pak issues i don’t know who to believe??? 
let me stress da fact that the indian movies r g8t nd paki dramas r 1st class, nd da truth has to be said like it or not paki movies will never reach the level of indian movies NO WAY, paki films main tu itney discusting dressing hote hain aur family films tu kabhi bhi ban sakte bas allah he jane tuba tuba.

My pleasure Gohan, I watched the clips of the movie/song on Cinema Scope but that has now finished, the lady i think named Mehar performed to the song on the bolan awards last night, it wasn't Nirma.
