I hv this one, legs to tummy. Does it really help to tighten the down belly area? I hv heard if u wear , u look in shape. but when u remove it , muscle will loose more and u look more bulky than before. And when u start wear it, wear first for 1 hour. then increase ur time. Dont wear all time.
