pantene sucks...
i like honey and brazil nut moisturizing shampoo from the body shop and nutri-vive by l'oreal. i dont use conditioner because i think it makes my hair weak....and makes them fall out...

I used Pantene a few times and it was terrible on my hair … it made it totally flat and look completely limp and lifeless.
I use Joico and have been using that for quite a few months. It’s expensive but works wonderfully on my hair. I have tried many, many, many different shampoos/conditioners in the past and this one is the only shampoo/conditioner that makes my hair feel so soft and look healthy. I regularly straighten my hair so I needed something that would not make my hair look dull, dry and unhealthy.

I use Biolage (used to be only in salons), but I have actually been able to find it at Target and some grocery stores. My hair definitely looks healthier after using it.
I used to use Aussie (drugstore brand) before, and that was good, but then I found Biolage, and that is much better!

I have curly hair... I use Redkins shampo n condi.. n it works just fine for me!

Try fredrick fekkai from bath and body works. I love it's conditioner.

Thanks everyone for all ur feedback…so we all know that Pantene DOESN’T work well for anyone’s hair…how interesting…i know I have and many other ppl have been using for the longest time and didn’t know anything about it. Its really weird cuz everyone in PK loves that shampoo, at least ppl that I know of…its the freakin advertising they are so good at it…got ppl locked in their product…
Anywayz I will try the shampoo’s u guys recommended…
CB: I was actually told that biolage is a good shampoo as well as Redkin…but I decided to get Redkin first and try that out and then I will go in for biolage…does it work well even if u straighten ur hair???
Pari Si: Which Redkin shampoo do u use??? I think the one I got is smooth and something or another…she said it was good for humid weather…such as PK..
CS: heard of fredrick when they heavily advertised it…haven’t tried it yet…will check it out…i actually love that shop mostly get body soaps from there…

Sahar: Got Garnier today and will make my sis try it out…lol…we r testing shampoos before we leave on vacation so we can get the right one.
Lost: I prefer salon brands…but sometimes they get expensive…i actually got my Redkin on sale in a package…so it was nice…

^^Pyaari83, I straighten my hair (AT LEAST!) 3-4 times a week. I have wavy hair, and its not oily, but my hair gets dry because of the flat iron. I use the Biolage ‘Normalizing Shampoo’ along with the conditioner. After using both, my hair never shows all of the torture of heat styling I put it through.

I used to like Redken but for some reason I don't like it anymore. But it really is good. Another salon brand is Silk Results, try that one it's awesome and smells great too!

Yea, i try to use those like once a week…they do wonders for my hair…key is to use them regularly, which is the hard bit for me
