Shaming our players, it works!!!

The England rugby team won the world cup, One of the many reasons why they did so was because after a match certain players would be singled out and their mistakes pointed out infront of the team. This shaming had an excellent effect on the players because next time they went out they tried hard not to commit the same sins again. example being not running fast enough, giving up easily etc etc.

The same philosophy is being tried on the England cricket team.

Do you guys /girls think that this philosophy of training could be applied to our team or will our players crack under the pressure?

If they do crack under the pressure I say they should not be playing in the international arena anyway, You have to go the next level up in terms of mental strength if u want to get serious about your cricket!!!
