wot if the kebab are frozen then also we dip in egg?? i only put egg in the meat mixture

yes even frozen kebabs are to be dipped in egg. i also put egg in the mixture before making kebabs than dip in egg for frying.

few times i forgot to dip in egg and kebabs broke when turning side.
