yes even frozen kebabs are to be dipped in egg. i also put egg in the mixture before making kebabs than dip in egg for frying.
few times i forgot to dip in egg and kebabs broke when turning side.

i normally just put the egg in the mixture, and fry the frozen kebabs.. without dipping in egg.
