I don’t know if theres any other thread releted this topic,if yes then mods can move,

My question is ,I love to have tea at evening time,and also like to have something to eat with,
So can u ladies plzz share some nice and Halki Phulki chezen??

omg this is my favorite time to eat.

Samosey [not halkey phulkey but my all time favorite]
pakoras
patties stuffed with potatoes or chicken/beef mince
sandwiches
cake rusks [love them]
pappey [with light butter]
fried peas
corn chaat
aloo chaat
aloo tikki
omelette [yes I love anda]

**why NOT? hamaare Lucknow meN to shaam kii chai ke waqt pahle Kharbooza khaa lete the uske ba’d kuchh aur cheezeN uske ba’d chai…tarbooz ke ba’d chai nahiiN peete the…i gave the list of items for afteroon snacking with or without tea…shaam kii chai ke waqt :slight_smile:

mere chai kaa waqt baRaa unique hai:

paune “chai” baje [3:45 pm, paune chaar] get it? :D**

are yeh to kuchh bhii nahiiN hai...paune chai baje to ThanDa ho jaataa hai...mere vaalid marHoom [Allah unko jannat jannat karvaT naseeb kareN...aameen] saal_haa saal, har roz bilaa naaGha, jaaRaa garmii barsaat zohr kii namaaz baa jamaa'at ke fauran ba'd chai piyaa karte the vo bhii HOT-HOT dhaabaa ishTyle aur 50 degrees Celsius temperature meN...unkii yehii baat mujhe virse meN mili hai...maiN itnii garam chai peetaa huN k sometimes my buccal cavity's epithelial layer scrapes off. :D

thank you...it's OK...it has been a long time now...he passed away 17 years ago...he is with his Creator and in a better place, inshaa Allah :)
