they do go around arresting couples trying to get married, the punishment in most cases is 12 months prosecution

obviously, if ur applying for marriage visa from outside of the country to come to that country then they interview you then otherwise if your both already here, and if they suspect anything then they make some investigations secretly and then arrest them

Even if you spend 1000 years in law school, you wouldn’t make it!!! What in the world is ‘punishment in most cases is 12 months prosecution’? Prosecution is not a punishment, its a procedure! lol
