i am agree with uff, give her some red and fresh roses, if money is really doesn't matter for u then give her a beautiful necklice too.. or a ring.

Bake her a cake. And please follow a recipe or something, not a concoction you made up. It seems girls appreciate the effort behind gifts more than the gift itself. Ooh and make it a double-layer and decorate it too. If you can't handle that bit, ask a family member for help with it.
Or give her a memory as a gift. Take her to an amusement park, boating or those small plane tours over the city (granted you're in the States, that is).
