Ehtisham will leave Sehrysh because of the pregnancy story his mother and Sehrysh cooked up. He knows they are lying and in the previous episode they showed them admitting this.

This wasn't clear that they were lying until the last episode. That's what I was saying. Even the viewers couldn't tell whether they were lying or not. Once Ehtisham finds out, I am sure he will leave Sehrysh.
