^^haha very funny. There were many excellent dramas in the past that didn't have as much physical contact and still managed to tell a good story. I watch the dramas for storyline ans acting mostly. The ott physical contact scenes are ever present in western programming and of course our Bollywood and lolly wood movies.
Did you watch a scene of Javeria Abbasi and Shamoon Abbasi? That was quite intimate.....
Yup I watched it a few years back but that seems to be the norm these days. It is not the factors fault entirely - they are heeding to the directors and producers demand. I think the general public wants to see these scenes on screen. Ironically a large percent of the audience is nanis and dadis - the shock value is gone and whole khandan seems to enjoy this. I am not a fan of public display of affection. Hey that's what bedrooms and hotel rooms are for :)
I remember there was a thread opened after that Shamoon Abbasi scene here on gupshup on vulgarity.
Living in the USA - I have access to vulgar movies. It doesn't make it better to see desi actors doing the same thing that there western counterparts do. I realize it is hard to make unique dramas with some sort of message all the time and sometimes we all craze simple entertainment. Please make these dramas kosher so I can watch with my family and not just my husband.

I will watch Ep2... Report here, if I find anything strange....
Mazeed… Adeel touched the face of Ayesha Khan… too much chipka chipki… I am waiting for that time when Pakistani drama will be okay with french kissing…
I've been somewhat following this drama. The highlight of this drama is the kid rumi! what a brilliant actor! he's only 4 i think and is even better than some of the seasoned actors. I am surprised at his ability to memorize so many dialogues! in the initial episodes he doesn't have many scenes but in later episodes he gets a lot more air time. love his chemistry with all the actors
Mai (Ali's mom) kay saath tau kuch zaida hee gundee ker dee. That scene of her in the old people's home (font is in white, select to view text)was utterly depressing. as much as i hated her in this drama, i found that scene heart wrenching. tauba!
I've been watching this drama from the start. It shows the friction that is created when a couple (the bald guy and his wife) start rumours and the aftermath that follows.
Its an okay drama........not something I rush to watch on Saturdays.
I am on episode 13 and that scene where Ali asked sania to leave without rumi made me .Sania is a strong character and she did not create a scene or begged like umera ahmed’s heroine and silently went away.I don’t know how can she or any mother live without her child but that was a ver very tough decision and she had no choice. It reminded me of an old drama Parosi where khalida riyasat lost the custody of her child and the way she handled the situation can not be put into words.
Good acting by sanam saeed and rumi is already a star :k:
