It is not about declaring Pork halal or haram, point is you would not die if you ate pork like its eaten everywhere and by many on daily bases.
Why do you have to declare adultry hala or haram. it is, simply, moraly not right to cheat on your wife or husband. if you are married and you love your partner you should not even think about having sex with anyone else other than your wife or husband. by using your reason, I mean if you find it right to have sex with someone you love and your partner has the same feeling for you and your relationship would not affect anybody else in any foreseeable way, then go ahead be happy, and dont see anything wrong with that. Adultry is wrong cos in many cases it affects other people's lives and THAT is wrong.
