when i make it, i peel, cut into cubes, then boil it. take it out of the water when it’s done. In a cup mix imli paste, lemon /lime juice (or any juice you have, eg, orange, apple, mango), shaan chaat masala. Pour it onto the shakarkandi.. enjoy
