Khan was born in 1965 to Muslimparents of Pathan descent in New Delhi, India.His father, Taj Mohammed Khan, was an Indian independence activist from Peshawar, British India. According to Khan, his paternal grandfather was originally from Afghanistan His mother, Lateef Fatima, was the adopted daughter of Major General Shah Nawaz Khan of the Janjua Rajput clan, who served as a General in the Indian National Army of Subash Chandra Bose.Khan’s father came to New Delhi from Qissa Khawani Bazaar in Peshawar before the partition of India,while his mother’s family came from Rawalpindi, British India.Khan has an elder sister named Shehnaz.

His parents had died long ago .....he got 1 sister which lives with him
he got some cousins living in peshawar that day i saw an interview of her too she was happy that SRK hasnt forgot them

plus, i never knew his father was an independence activist 
for british india. his family and aamir khan’s family were such patriots, aamir’s ancestor was maulana azad, another revolutionary and a strong believer of hindu-muslim unity

SRK has never visited Pakistan as far as i know after entering bollywood......but he has called her other family members to India at his home :D
