If it was me, then Iwouldn't get anything else eyelash/eyebrow related because you'll end up having a separate beauty regime just for your eyes which is a hassle to maintain.
I quite like the sound of the Instant Beaty though, if it's anything like Clarins Flash Beauty Balm then it'll be worth getting and having as an emergency aid to when your skin looks and feels tired and dull.
It depends which skincare professional you speak to, but the general concensus tends to be in your mid to late twenties. Although with some of these products on the market, you'd be better off investing in skincare supplements like Imeeden instead as it helps repair and protect the skin from the inside. Topical creams can only work to a certain degree.
