who the hell is she and why is she so full of herself? every time i’ve seen her on PTV she lip syncs and tries to act all seductive. she’s a pop singer acting as a ghazal singer. good voice though.

I think before coming towards singing she was in movies. I was watching Prime one day and Miss Shahida his trying to seduce Javed Shaikh in some movie, so i guess thats where the seductive part comes from in relaying her emotions when singing. And she's FULL of it.
The PTV pundits are calling her the next Madam Noor Jahan. They devoted a program under her name this last eid. She has a beautiful voice. Does good imitation of Madam but still long way to go.
She might be showing some attitude to be like Noor Jahan.
Okay, maybe my hearing is going bad...but, they had this shahida mini show on prime a while back - on eid or some occasion...and they had her lip synching to some of her songs, and for some songs, other girls were dancing. Now, the thing i noticed was...
the voice sounded different in some songs...
I honestly dont think its her singing...I think she's hired someone or a group of girls to do it for her...otherwise, why has she not given one live performance to date?
She's totally full of herself...but I kinda feel sorry for herself...she's doing whatever to make sure she feels like a queer...er, queen.

dream is right… She has used extremely vulgar pictures to get to where she is right now. I have read numerous news articles and letters in The News where people are pondering over why PTV is promoting a porn star with such enthusiasm. Hats off to PTV management.
