The board's demeanor and actions leave a lot to be desired - they should have practiced more discretion and proffered more respect to Afridi even if they had so-called valid reasons to appoint another captain over him. That being said, Afridi also needs to practice patience and not resign and conditionally-resign every time there's some opposition. I mean c'mon... this is pretty pathetic ala galli mohalla cricket... mujhe captain banaaow warna jaaow maiN nahi khelta! :D
I am so glad this "idot" and "brainless" person from Pakistan cricket team is gone. i hope and pray that NOBODY asks this idiot Shahid Afridi to come back. I sincerely believe that we are better without him.

Saqlain Mushtaq was 100 time better bowler then him, guess what he was from Punjab and he also got thrown out of team and just for Afridi's knowledge he was never made captain...
Abdul Razzaq who is better all-rounder than Afridi, who have better potential than afridi, who if used in right position can deliver alot is from Punjab as well...
This guy have totally lost my respect and i must say i was right from day one, this guy shouldn't be representing Pakistan at any level.. he can now go and play IPL kind of tournaments...
Just for Afridi's knowledge, had we got a better board and management, one thing was for sure, there was no chance for Afridi to become Captain....or let me put it this way, he might have dropped from the team by now

Agreed, I have no time or sympathy for guys who play such cards to further their cause. This was the most pathetic statment he has made. But than he is not known for engaging his brain before he opens his mouth.
