well after making milk, when its cooled to some extent..try adding 1/2 tin cond. milk (u can skip sugar in the milk or add less sugar),some cream and then mix and pour on bread slices and in the end on bread slices u can sprinkle some khoya or kallaqand along with chandi k wurk and nuts....
P.S these ideas just came into my mind....try it this way it wud turn out gr8 :)
cream is a modern idea becz if u wanto make it in a real traditional way..then cook the milk until its reduced from 1 1/2-2 liter to 3 pao...put lots of crushed badam pista in it..sugar and khoya also..make it just like rabri doodh..bcz this milk is really very thick ...but this requires much hard work and also headache bcz u have to stir it all the time until and unless its real thick..cond milk i recommended bcz it just tastes like khoya....rest is upto u what u want and how u want...
i dont know much bout desi desserts thats y im asking
so the milk shud be really thick and with lots of nuts
no cream at all!!
just milk poured over bread
and one more thing ............................................................
can i layer the bread or is there only one layer of it???
i mean can i make two layers of bread on top of each other or shud it be only one layer?
depends on ur requirement dear...if u want to make large quantity then a big rectangular dish wud be good enough instead of stacking the same quantity in a small dish:)
