hi everyone, im getting marreid in april in lahore, PC Shahi Khema…
i dont live in lahore and will only be going there 2 weeks prior to the wedding…
i have no idea wat kind of work their decorator does… which is why iv been looking around online for event management companies… theres quite a few, yes… but they dont come cheap…
im thinking of keeping it all within a range of 1 lakh not more than that…
if anyone has photos of events at shahi khema especially those done by their own decorator id really appreciate it…
if someone has other pics of a decorated shahi khema done by someone else… i wouldnt mind either as long as the reference to the event management company responsible for the decor is mentioned…
and what i would appreciate the most is approximate costs given along with them if possible…

Don’t worry visit this link http://weddingpakistani.com/ they are specialised in decor and have lot of cheap packages. It has international event management company and also working in Lahore . I suggest you to contact them and book your function as early as possible. They are too cheap.

do tell me how many person can accomodate in it as i ve only 200-300 no. of guests coz i heard royal palm marquee can contain 700 guests in it but i dnt ve large list of guests n i luv shahi kheema but dnt knw tht i ll get it or not due to few no. of guests :(

shahi khema has a capacity for 1000 people... rent for a function is 1 lakh... catering charges are separate... around 1000-1100 per person, excluding water and drinks... decorations etc are separate as well...
if u have finalized the date for you wedding, then u should book a hall as soon as possible.
opt for a different hall then... PC has other halls for 250 people...
if u want a marquee u can do an outdoor function and have it installed through some event management company... atleast that way ull have the option of your own catering as well... PC food is so so at best and outrageously expensive for a one dish system!
^I would suggest the same thing. There are some really good event managers out there who will do a BETTER function for almost the same amount of money, and everything from the marquee to all the colors and decor will be according to your taste! I just hope your wedding isn't in the monsoon season otherwise it will work perfectly for you! And because you're so fond of the shahi khema, it will make you happy to know that many of these event planners have the same marquees and some are even better

Its a difficult hall to decorate so better if u can get someone good to do it. I personally dnt like the shape of the hall as its lil too long n less wide. Crystal hall is my fave from P.C go for it possible.
