I won’t rule that out but what would be the motive? release of Mumtaz Qadri? but isn’t it too late and as far as i know, the trial is still on and the govt is party in the trial ( or it should be because it was Govt’s governor who got killed)… pressurizing govt and then getting qadri released, i don’t think that way Qadri would be able to live in Pakistan…
