Imaging how many new industries (and jobs) could be started by the bajillions they are wasting here. 
Giving someone a laptop that they’ll throw out as junk in 3-4 years, or feeding a few thousand families for 30-40 years?! And it only dawned on the munafiqs after this new rise of PTI. Where were they last year, or the one before that.

Exactly. 
Besides, anyone that gets over 60% marks, isn’t a bright student anyway. Just a good one. It’s just one of their cheap publicity stunts to fool the public. Like the flop Sasti Roti, corrupt Yellow Cab, and other such schemes. At best they do some developmental work, build a few roads and bridges while giving contracts to their close ones and using steel and material from Ittifaq Foundry. Win win for the two brothers.
Revolutionary or forward thinking these guys are not. Give me one good thing they changed. One big good thing.

^ I think their actual plan is that they are recording the names, NICs and other details of thousands of these students which they will probably later on use for bogus voting.

So i watched wadday miansaab dishtributing laptops @PU last night.
He made me laugh and then he mademe laugh very hard when he was treating university student as student at danish school.
