now is the time for him to show his impartiality. Now is the time for him to show that for him, Gilani's son and Shahbaz's daughter deserve similar treatment.
He took suo moto notice on Waheeda Shah from PPP slapping another woman. Let's see if he takes similar action when Shahbaz's daughter got that poor guy beaten up and put behind bars.

Ok had a look at the video now.
It shows a lady with a male companion trying to enter the shop at around 1pm on sunday.
The shop is closed but after a minute or two someone opens the door.
The couple go inside and speak to a person at the counter. Its seem that the person that opened the door and the person at the counter is different.
Other customers also come inside.
The lady in question argues with the person at the counter for a few minutes and leaves.
Question so far is why does the guy open the doors and lets them in when the shop is supposed to be closed?
At around 6.30 a lot of men arrive with police escort and beat up one of the employees.
There does not seem to be much wrong at the 1pm visit by at 6.30 what happens is totally wrong. Whoever is responsible should be punished. I suspect that the main culprit is the husband of Rabia Imran.
It appears that the video has been leaked by someone working at a media house.

If they cannot say no then they should be prepared to face the consequences of their action.
I believe that until the lives of the poor people improve there will be no improvement in Pakistan.
Yea, guard should have held Shahbazs daughter with her hairs and dragged her on floor of the Bakery, then should have given her few slaps and told her that this is what she should expect if she orders them to do something unethical and illegal. I am sure you would have done that if you were one of those guards, wouldn’t you?
Just let us know truthfully as Muslim should, that if you were one of the guards, you would have opposed her actions and told her off without fearing of the consequences in the system that exists in Pakistan.

Actual change in Pakistan for poor would come when People who are suffering, would stand up not to protest but to drag evil forces exploiting them from their ‘palaces’ and hang them on roads. That is what happened wherever change in the life of exploited poor came for better.

^ Maybe some pressure by Sharif's on the channel owners? As the same journalists are discussing it on social media, but not disclosing it on their channels. If the news were related to PTI or PPP it would have been flashing the TV channels since 7th of October and maybe a suo moto action would also have been taken by now.

What do you guys mean it is not on the TV channels? Wasn't it on Capital Talk and other channels? I watched it this morning before going to work...I was disgusted with them...mostly with that little..I can't think of any nice words to describe her!

Geo actually reported this incident on 7th October saying a rich woman gets the sweeper beaten up for not selling the cake outside trading hours. I am sure they knew who the woman was but decided not to disclose for some reason. No one really cared about the incident until the video was somehow leaked on social media.
The woman probably didn't even realize she did something wrong until she was exposed, it's the wadera mentality that makes them think that they are superior to everyone and hence all other below them are born to serve them.
Another woman also posted her story on social media about her car being badly damaged by a land cruiser few days ago, traffic police instructed both cars to park on the side. Woman parked the car but driver of land cruiser didn't even bother to come out and fled the scene without even an apology. When woman protested, she was told that the land cruiser was driven by driver of Shahbaz Sharif's daughter (Not the bakery one) and police couldn't do much so poor woman received nothing more than some harsh words from police.

LAHORE, Oct 15: Defence B police on Monday registered a case against three unidentified men and six Elite Police Force officials for allegedly hurling life threats and torturing an employee at a confectionary in a case linked to an ‘influential’ young lady**.
On orders by the chief executive of the province, police took the action some eight days after the incident allegedly took place in T-Block market of the Defence Housing Authority on Oct 7. Police took two men, including an Elite Police Force official, into custody.
Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has also ordered a high-level inquiry into the torture incident.
According to the First Information Report lodged under sections 148, 149 and 506 (punishment for criminal intimidation) of the Pakistan Penal Code, complainant Umer Hussain, a DHA Phase II resident, stated that he ran the confectionary ‘Sweet Tooth’ in T-Block market.
Between I pm and 2 pm on Oct 7, a woman came to the shop and asked for a cake. The shop was closed for cleaning. The employees asked the visitor to come later when the shop would be open. Two men, who according to Mr Hussain’s account appeared to be bodyguards of the lady, misbehaved with an employee named Irfan and left with warnings of dire consequences.
Between 6 pm and 7 pm the same day, the two men revisited the bakery accompanied by another man. They identified Irfan and took him just outside the bakery where up to six uniformed Elite Police officials were present. Irfan was thrashed and threatened. Bakery owner Hussain says in the FIR he alerted the Rescue 15 police about the incident.
A police investigator privy to the development told Dawn the police had taken Elite Police Force head-constable Muhammad Riaz (4262) and Zafar Hussain of Saqib Town, Baidian Road, into custody and raids were in progress to arrest the remaining suspects, including policemen. Zafar Hussain is said to be a private bodyguard of chief minister’s son-in-law, Imran Yousaf.
The same officer said the police couldn’t as yet establish the identity of the young lady mentioned in the FIR – even though CCTV footage purportedly of the lady’s visit to the bakery on Oct 7 had widely been circulating on the internet for the last few days. On Monday, some television channels joined social media sites into suspecting that the lady was a close relation of Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif. Some loudly wondered whether it was his daughter, as alleged by some social media sites.
The CCTV footage doing the rounds captures two episodes, separated by a few hours. The first installment shows a young woman wearing a scarf entering the shop and apparently having a conversation with the staff. The second episode shows men dressed in shalwar kameez escorting bakery employee Irfan out, talking to him and then launching into a physical attack on him as a handful of uniformed souls who appear to be members of the Elite Force stand by flaunting their ‘No Fear’ jackets. The ‘anonymous’ police officer Dawn talked to said the registration of the case was based on this second incident. Dawn tried to reach Umer Hussain, the complainant in the case, to get more details of the case. He couldn’t be reached despite repeated calls on his cell phone.
According to an official handout, it was only on Monday morning that the matter was brought to the notice of Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif – who was on a foreign visit at the time when the incident is alleged to have taken place.
“Two police officials involved in the incident have been arrested immediately after registration of a case….” It quoted the CM as directing that “all the accused involved in this incident be arrested immediately” and that “no one was above the law and action would be taken against all the officials involved in this crime.”
“(It is) an unpardonable act…legal action would be taken and supremacy of law would be ensured,” the handout quoted the CM as vowing.
