You haven’t answered the question twice, so I assume that you accept that police in Birmingham would physically restrain you, baton charge you, use pepper spray against you, tazer you, use water cannon against you, use tear gas against you or even shoot you.
Do you have any proof that CM ordered police to murder 14 people? The answer I am sure is NO. Do you really believe that anyone would ask the police to murder “peaceful” demonstrators and the police would obey such a command?
Finally you have accepted that police has its own hierarchy and doesn’t need to seek consent of elected leaders to carry out its job.
