I am glad that you have told me something I didnt know that I am Qadri supporter. I didnt know that. Talking about Birmingham ask the leader of Birmingham council to massacre 14 people and stay in power. Forget murder of 14 people ask him to behave violently with just one person and stay in power. That is called democracy. Your unreserved support for these murderers tells its own story.
I will keep it simple for you. You attack the police and stop them from doing their job in Birmingham, how will they deal with you?
Also what does a council leader have to do with the police. Police is headed by Chief Constable.

Let me also make it simple for you. The point is in proper democracy leaders are not kings where they can get away with murder or order the police to carry out massacre on their orders and you have rightly pointed that out. However in Model town the police was used as their personal servants and ordered to murder 14 innocent people. If raising voice against such brutality means I am a Qadri supporter than so be it.

You haven't answered the question twice, so I assume that you accept that police in Birmingham would physically restrain you, baton charge you, use pepper spray against you, tazer you, use water cannon against you, use tear gas against you or even shoot you.
Do you have any proof that CM ordered police to murder 14 people? The answer I am sure is NO. Do you really believe that anyone would ask the police to murder "peaceful" demonstrators and the police would obey such a command?
Finally you have accepted that police has its own hierarchy and doesn't need to seek consent of elected leaders to carry out its job.

Such an eventuality would not arise because murderer will be behind bars? In the US 2 people are killed by the police every single day. Are those police officers behind bars? No, because they are doing their jobs.
FIR has been registered now and to the satisfaction of Qadri. So if CM had anything to hide then why would they register it even now. IK and TUQ also committed crimes in Islamabad and they should also have an FIR registered against them and it would have more substance than the model town FIR. However as part of the negotiations IK and TUQ want an amnesty for their crimes.
Police may or may not be independent is irrelevant, as they were trying to do their job and were stopped by violence and force from Qadri supporters.
I don't think that you have spent as much time in Pakistan as I do travelling there. The amount of anarchy I see from people there would never be tolerated here for a single moment. People appear out of nowhere and close roads off and stop traffic whenever they feel like it, and start smashing cars. You can blame the police for all ills but the public also needs to accept their responsibility and guilt as well.

CM did not handle well Model Town incident and he played into the hands of TUQ, who milked the incident for all it was worth. This is not to say he was responsible but from a PR point of view it was a disaster.

In Pakistan human life is cheap. People get killed by those in power all the time. Army dumps this many bodies around Quetta every week, but has anyone ever questioned them? What about mass slaughter of Hazaras or Ahmedis or anyone who does not have power/voice?
Reality is, TuQ is a trouble maker & he was brought in for specific reason. What happened in Model Town was a tragic & should not have happened, but those who brought TuQ from Canada also needed dead bodies to start their drama. They have been looking for more dead bodies in Islamabad, but common sense, it seems, have prevailed & they have been denied of that opportunity. Those responsible for killings in Models Town should be held accountable, but so should be the killers all those who have no voice along with coup plotters & their supporters...otherwise this selective outrage is not about justice, but phony and all politics.

The only killings carried out by the police are in encounters with known criminals, who have committed numerous crimes and yet remain above the law. They always seem to avoid getting sentenced to prison, due to intimidation of witnesses, having lawyers to get them released, flaws in the judicial system and laws.

Because of his direct involvement through Rana Sanauallah and Gullu Butt. NS should have fired him without further delay. No action resulted a right FIR was filed against these two brothers. Remember how their spiritual father madood Zia-ul-Haq, tried Bhutto in a false murder case and proved him murderer through his hand picked judges and Dy Director FIA Maqsood Mahmood who became 'wada mauaf gawah' later he was killed/vanished, his whereabouts are sill unknown. This is a real case against both brothers, they can be hanged for involving in these murders.

NS was forced by the military to accept COAS as mediator.
Then he is unfit to work as PM of Pakistan. He should resign and let other PML(N) leader who can deal with this nonsense more effectively. Army works under PM not PM works under army. 'Andher nagri chopat raja".

Well i can atleast name 2 incidents from Sialkot and Sargodha area (from close family friends) where innocent PPL have been MURDERED by the Police and declared as encounters ..... Young innocent Men taken from Home and shamelessly murdered by the very Punjab Police ..... Yet known murderers roam around freely
