hey guys I have very annoying issue my upper lips r darker long story short mustache shadow
I stoped doing threading often n on my own and always go to saloon for it but its still there
my daily routine cleansing toner and moisturizer twice a day
plz tell me what to do and also about laser treatment best place in islamabad to go to

I think laser is the best option, I have the same problem with my under arms, but upper lip area is obviously more prominent.
