Hi everyone,
So I went to the wedding hall and the manager of the hall said that they have a welcome table for guests…near the entrance.
I didnt even know about this..LOL or maybe i never noticed it before. I was planning on putting a picture of me and fiance near the entrance. I have seen ppl put guest books..but what else can you put? What else is common to put on those tables?
If its a guest book…then is it just a scrap book or something you can go buy specifically?

A welcome table will usually have a guestbook/scrapbook, you can put pictures, some people put the favours there as well, so when guests come, they sign the guestbook, and take their favour with them at that time.
Also, if you are having assigned seating, people will usually put the place cards on that table as well.
You can buy guest books at Michael's, or Staples, or any stationary store. At Michaels, if you go into the Wedding section, they have a few different designs, and they usually come with a fancy pen for your guests to use.
