Sexual Orientation: In The Brain

Re: Sexual Orientation: In The Brain

Faisal: Well said. :k:

For my part, I don’t decide whether I like someone based upon sexual preference. I would decide to like a gay person or not like a gay person on the same basis as I would decide to like or dislike a straight person. However, I don’t condone and very much disapprove of the gay lifestyle. I consider it abnormal and not alternative.

Whether being gay is a choice like mashed potatoes versus french fries or rather has a biological underpinning changes nothing. Even if there is a biological or genetic component, it is still abnormal. When genes mutate and cause physical deformities, most people have no problem using the word abnormal to describe the physical deformity. Soon as you use that word to describe the gay lifestyle, the left-wing “political correctness” crowd automatically labels you as intolerant and a hate-monger.
