Oh so we still have slavery ? Otherwise why the concern?
What if someone decided to call their girlfriend a slave, and she agreed. Nice legal way to have sex. When they break up the girl can be 'freed'.
What defines a slave? There is no legal contract.

apparently the saudi royal family practised this until the recent past, though I'm pretty sure they still have it going there. The Saudi ambassador to the US was born of a royal family member and his Ethiopian 'slave'.

In religion - There is no room for rational discussion.
Christanity: When Darwin, presented the Evolution theory to explain the link between all living creatures - it directly contradicted the bible's "truth" of Adam & Eve.
Mother of Jesus: Virgin ? (virgin Mary)

Hinduism: Rationally, most of the stories asociated with Ram & Krishna must have been just that "stories". To set rules for the good of society.
It has many Gods & Goddesses - yet says there is but one supreme God.
Islam: Sitting in a cave, talking to God...really?
Rationally, the prophet could have been just a good man, trying to unite the Arab tribes by making some rules.
And so on - if we start to use logic, religions soon start falling short of being perfect or God's words.
Let's leave them as they are, pickup the good, and ignore the rest.

It is very simple if you look on history.
Slavery history is thousands year old and it was a part of the society and result of the wars.
Hazrat Yousaf A S is an example sold in Egypt.
Our Muslim Kings of India Altamush and Abik were too slaves.
Islam changed the relation between master and slave which later resulted to abolish the slavery.

It was allowed during wartime because you couldn't start a proper family using a slave woman or an african american woman for that matter. The society at time wouldn't accept men and women coming from a slave mother. So in order to have a fully functioning and well respected sort of a family you'd have to marry a woman and if you had children from a slave woman then they wouldnt have specific inhertance rules apply to them. However if you had sex with a slave woman and then she had your children they would be considered *******s etc. However it was allowed during wartime it wasn't encourage and certainly wasn't a substitute to a proper nikkah.
i dont think that this would be the case coz this is discrimination... which is a big NO

slaves were take in wars only people who were captured in wars were taken as slaves no free women suddenly can become slave and this is now banned because in Quran takeing slaves during wars was forbidden even if wasnt still Islam discourages slavery

he didnt promote it sir it was the normal thing in that time it was discouraged through Quran Naabigh red seerat whole world know about HAZRAT MARIA RA juts as Alcohal was banned slowly slavery was also banned slowly because if they would have freed slaves suddenly one day chances were most men have went to do robberies and women may have gone into prostitution butt when they were in slavery they were given same standard food which muslims used to eat themsleves the same quality clothes were given to them which they themselves used to wear and if Muslim commited even a minor sin they used to compensate by freeing a slave and when slave women became mothers they use to get higher status and their child use to get right in inheritance. and dont follow your Islam follow Islam which ALLAH and his NABI PAAK SAW has given to us whether you like it or not

As you know America is at war with Islamic terrorists - and any body who is captured in this war is their POW - Slave /war captives in your terminology ... right ?
So God forbid - if some one attempts to have sex with her tomorrow - considering her as a slave captured during a war ....
will he be doing something just fine as per you version of Islam - which allows you to have sexual relationship with your slaves/war captives

I am not going to believe that my prophet had sex with some one without having her in his Nikkah - Period ....
And if some one thinks - he had - well that is Actual blasphemy in my books ...

O my knowledgeable Muslim brother - stop running with your words - I may have not read Quran with translation and Books on seerat -e - Muhammad ( PBUH) .. I never acclaimed to be a scholar , did I ?
why dont you take some time out - enlighten me by posting the references from Quran - hadees or Seerat Books - Am I asking for alot my wise man ?
My argument is not about having a slave girl - my argument is about doing her without nikkah ...
