If you dont want to have an early rukhsati then dont do nikah... Nikah is also a kind of rukhsati..... but just people want to show it officialy they keh 'Kuri toor chadi ai' but you cant say that they must remain away.... like this you are giving prefrence to the world than the orders of Allah.
Rukhsati is nthng when you get nikahed then you have to go with your husband.... I dont know why people are doing so I mean after doing nikah they do rukhsati late enough.... its just like doing manghani and breaking it and so doing nikah and giving talaq... beacause in that much time many good AND bad things happens that makes sometime the man or woman to change his / her mind and to refuse to go with each other.....
My oppinion is that when they get into nikah the same day they must send the lady with his husband. No later!
