Well, I don't disagree with you as this book has issued only 6 or 7 months ago but one thing is apparent that the more they're emphasizing on sex Ed every year the more teen age pregnancy rate is growing.
I am not sure where you got the 6 yr old part. This booklet is introduced in primary school, but does anyone know what grade ?
