^ That was my initial impression of the show as well. But I was pleasantly surprised to find a little more depth (I've only seen the TBS version, not the original HBO).

I wonder if they dub this bakwas show in Punjabi (Sheher-ich-sex) what would happen. Carrie ends up marrying a Paindu and changes her name to from Carrie Bradshaw to Carrie Badshah.
