Never officially, but there are always rumours. Allah O Alim. It is a big sin to accuse someone chaste of such acts. So I never pay attention unless there is real proof.
And even girls can't be identified. Some girls have more blood than others, the first time during wedding night. Other girls have no blood at all which causes the guy to think she's not a virgin! Many girls have gotten in trouble for nothing because of that!
I think one can have a doctor check out if a female is a virgin or not. But the blood thing is something one can't trust at all.
