Severe chronic pain, please advise

Hi I am suffering chronic pain for 7 months on right side of my abdomen after this laparscopic kidney surgery I had in Toronto, Canada. Maybe this surgeon cut my nerves or I have scar tissue I do not know. I have been thinking of going to Pakistan, I have found out from family and doctors that there are no opiates/narcotic painkillers available there. I am severely debillitated by this pain, in Canada it is taking me long time to get treatment and I might never be pain free. Are there any pain clinics in Pakistan, anybody familiar with doctors who do nerve blocks? And how can I manage this pain if I go to Pak without these painkillers being available there, thanks.

Re: Severe chronic pain, please advise

whomever told you that there are no narcotics available in Pakistan is misinformed......of course there are.
what explanation have they given you?
how many doctor's have you consulted?
what sort of surgery did you have? there is a special hospital for kidney treatment in Pakistan.....I would consider it.
