The 10 pm lights off rule is only applicable in Punjab and not in Karachi. If your wedding is in Lahore, you definitely need to wrap it by 10. In khi, you have room till max 1:00 a.m.

Plus the 1 dish rule doesnot applies for Karachi, its for Punjab, in Karachi, you can serve as many dishes as you want, no restriction on that.
