suhaib... every kickAss idea is not always a great business idea.. i have had many of those and when i share it with my firends.. we go through the process of elimination and in the end i am usually forced to think again before going ahead.. if you dont' mind sharing the idea so we can honestly tell you how much of the idea is just "Ass"" and how much of it is "kick" .. :)

well its a fashion house, might not sound great but the execution well it be.

SBA Business Loan will do :) But you need good credit...some one to co-sign it...etc... It's a pain in the ass...best thing to do is find an investment firm or investor who's willing to put up with the money. I'll invest in it if you show me a GREAT business plan.

yeh will thats for the usa, i doubt they will give it to me if i want to make something in uk or pakistan
