I need to place my Sephora F&F order soon (like tonight!) and am unable to decide which setting powder to get. I have combo skin with some dry patches around the lips.
I’m torn between Laura Mercier transluscent and invisible loose powder. I’m also planning on getting the Ben Nye Banana Powder maybe in a month or so. Already have BE Tinted Mineral Veil.
Anyone here use LM loose powders? Any other brands at Sephora I should consider?
Also looking for eyerliners for smokey eyes…but need it to stay on the waterline too. Already have gel ones. Considering UD Perversion and the Tarte Amazon Clay Liners…any experience with those? Any other ones I should consider? I swatched MUFE Aqua Eyes in store but it didn’t seem as smooth as the others…

This year they tightened up the code. They did the F&F....but did not mail out codes. An actual Sephora employee needs to enter your e-mail into their system. After that, Sephora sends out a code to your e-mail that's good for ONE TIME USE ONLY.
There is a member at the board there who was kind enough to enter e-mails for everyone who PM'ed her (she has been posting about it on the board there for over a week). That's how I got my code. It ends tomorrow (31st) so I'm placing my order tonight.
MUA is down right now b/c of Sandy....but from I read, I believe Sephora has theri VIB sale coming up soon too (but I don't know much about it).

I like LM but I don't find their finishing powder to last very long :( I lovvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvve their soft focus when I put it on but ten minutes later...the effect is all gone.
I recently started using Cover FX Setting powder and I like it. Its a great quick fix and not that pricey either.
I didn’t see this on time! I ended up ordering the LM Translucent powder along with a few other items. Let’s see how it works. Worst case scenario…I can always return it.
