Sesame Oil - i don't like it at all. It has an earthy, nutty flavour, VERY strong. If you put a tiny drop of it into some lemon juice, it will make the juice much LESS sour.
Some ppl love it. Chinese add a tiny bit at the end of cooking usually, adds to the flavour. (I prefer to do without, or with just a TINY bit.)
