I serve qulfi along with jelly, falooda and crushed peanuts and I make separate servings for all the family members routine-wise.
So now we have guests coming over and i dont want to do separate servings. Is that any good idea to serve qulfi in a platter topped with add ons? I am not really convinced either way?
Ami used to make it for guests, she drizzled the bottom of the serving dish with condensed milk and the place the kulfi's on it.. followed by thickened milk (milk reduced with cardamom pods and a little sugar) and then cubes of assorted jello, falooda.. then some of the seeds (ones that look like frog eyes?).
