Serving Suggestion.

I serve qulfi along with jelly, falooda and crushed peanuts and I make separate servings for all the family members routine-wise.

So now we have guests coming over and i dont want to do separate servings. Is that any good idea to serve qulfi in a platter topped with add ons? I am not really convinced either way? :hmmm:

Ami used to make it for guests, she drizzled the bottom of the serving dish with condensed milk and the place the kulfi's on it.. followed by thickened milk (milk reduced with cardamom pods and a little sugar) and then cubes of assorted jello, falooda.. then some of the seeds (ones that look like frog eyes?).

I was wondering how convenient falooda will be to plate out?

^ i think Gina is referring to tukh malanga (Salvia Aegyptiaca) as frog eyes…the black seeds which u usually see in falooda

Sorry, my Urdu isn’t too great..:bummer:

But we’ve always served it in a deep serving dish and it’s really easy..
