i dont know where you're from but Pakistan is not that backward. Not all, but i can answer a few q of yours..

Having food delivery at home is not a problem in isb. u just hav to dial n record ur adress. dont know abt construction material but few clothing shops like JJ's deliver ur clothes at home.

yes in some agencies not all. like 'social security'

yup! my family has personal experience of that. so the answer is YES for sure..but the procedure is tiresome.

YUP 4 SURE! Im myself a doctor.. had experience of working in govt hospital.. they do hav CT scan in there. even MRI machine.
