Its been 3.2 years since i am married with my wonderful wife, who is so sweet that she have in way taken away all the entertainment out of my life, specially the one related to TV, i am big fan of talk shows and comedy sitcoms and cricket… thats all the i look for when it comes to entertainment.
Over the years, slowly and steadily, comedy sitcoms faded away from my lives and then instead off watching all of them, i merely get to see one or two and lately cricket matches are on her hit list, whenever a match is on, there is something wrong or some essential item for cooking something i like the most is missing and is required immediately, hence, i have to make a move and by the time i am back with the stuff, either it is innings break or some important wicket have fallen or something which i shouldn’t be missing is missed.
Moreover, during the match, all chores related to Hamza becomes by duty, including feeding him, so matches are no longer there to be seen, worst, when it comes to the highlights, there is some DRAMA going on and because i have already WATCHED the match earlier, it is HER turn…
But yesterday something happened which made be do some bhagra and ask her how does it feels now… when her favorite DRAMA ( all drama are favorite) was on, Hamza wanted to see some cartoon show and he did so much rona dhona that She have to change the channel to watch it…
What goes around comes around… i must get hamza some more CDs of cartoon shows… this way, she’ll know how it feels like missing the live show…

The whole post was funny but the funniest part was "Its been 3.2 years since i am married". Only a husband counts years in such manner. 3.2 years meaning "3 years 2 months and 12 days"
I must salute you for watching the dramas. I can never watch these dumb dramas.
neither can I! My mother used to watch them all the time and she'd get soooo engrossed in them that she was actually feeling angry and tensed because of em! Finally during one ramadan (or shortly before it...don't remember) she just cut that cable channel off herself because she realized it wasn't right how she was so obsessed with em.
Indian dramas have t obe the stupidest thing ever to be shown on television..next to jErsey shore..

one need to be dumb or have patience to see and discuss these dramas... the thing is, after all that hard-work for the day, if she want to spend few hours with me watching tv, then it should be fine... although i tried to convince her to see something else, like Cricket and news channels but have to progress in that, still working on it...

Good that at my home Indian dramas are not welcomed but Pakistani dramas can be dumb as well, although there are few good ones but when i turns out to be your job to watch and not option, that is where it look more dumb...
