These tv channels don't air these mirch masala programs for no good reason. This is tons of money to be made in the business of emotions.
Treatment of cricket team as gods = High expectations set within the public = Massive slap on the face when crickert team doesnt perform = Enormous emotional fluctuations, waves and ripples through the public = Major T.V. ratings.
