Re: serious question

I do not.

Why should you have it: Because Quran suggests it.

Re: serious question

exactly.

and other reasons, no matter what things one owns or owes, there should be a clear account of that, plus one's wish on how to distribute personal belongings, in case one were to accidentally die.

Re: serious question

Pleaseeeeeeeee ppl do not die Intestate....the amount of difficulties it creates for family lawyers is absurd!

Re: serious question

Where can I sign up to die somewhere else?

Re: serious question

what does that mean?
intestate
you mean in US?

Re: serious question

its dying without a legal will

Re: serious question

I do not.

Waise it is always better to distribute things amongst your wife/children etc etc WHILE you are still alive. This prevents the family members from fighting after you are no more and no one can "claim" certain things knowing you have already distributed them while you were still living.

Re: serious question

i agree. or better give away to someone who really can use and is more deserving or indigent.
