Lol i was wearing a halter top in my room (well i told my cousin i was) and my cousin (whos like 3 yrs younger than me) said, “And you call yourself a Muslim?” And she herself posts pix of her in a tank top and skimpy stuff all over facebook..

Chachoo, eik naseehat tuadey wastey- never challenge a Punjabi. They locked the other thread about Multiple wives but I could drive home my points. I am happy that most of the female members atleast have a slightly different opinion about multiple marriages- atleast the ones allergic to being in multiple marriages are no longer that way. The other day I received a PM from a female member saying that she understands my Islamic views. Everything in Islam has a reason unlike other religions and 4 wife limitation also has its valid reasons. Allah(swt) knows better.

^ Chachu, my suggestion for you is to start doing namaz- atleast 5 times a day, grow beard, give zakat- in short practice your faith and you will see the change from inside. The reason why our faith is stronger and people peace-loving is cuz that thing is missing in others' faiths. Thats why people following other faiths are missing peace in life.

take it slow. being too much strict all of a sudden isn't good either. It makes people not to listen to you at all then.

i am a cool sister. I let them have their fun. I let them go crazy with their friends. I have this thing with nail poslishes I simply dont like them.

They know they cant cut their eyebrows unless i have told the salon lady what to do or i will wax them off totally. Rules are rules...

as far as makign my kids hafiz or hafiza. I would like to raise good muslim kids :)

I fail to see the difference between those two chicoras and yourself after reading this.

LB, if you put urself out there cheap, cheap remarks like that happen. Am not saying it's correct but one should dress up decently. Wearing thongs/G-strings does make the butt shape and movement more visible than wearing a panty. Ab tum na mano to ye aur baat hai.
