Hey all, here I have a very serious problem, due to a serious accident in kitchen my mom got swelling & burning marks on her face, the Dermatologist have given her proper care n treatment, now Alhamdulillah her swelling has gone n face is normal now, but still she got burning marks on face, for which I m too worried about,

If there’s any Dr. or Beautician on this forum, plz advice for its treatment, or any one who is aware of any effective ointment / product (for removing burning marks) kindly lemme kno abt it as I m too worried for my mom,

One of my frnd suggested me to use FLAMAXIN, is it effective for lightening marks

Ask your mum to get certified Rosehip Oil.

She needs to massage it twice a day very slowly on her entire face and will be able to see the results in 6-8 weeks.

^ yes Rosehip oil is good. But make sure to do a patch test before specially if she has a recent accident as skin will be extremely sensitive.

silicone patches are great for burns! i had one on my hand..mixed some hydrocortisone cream with mederma and pure silicone...apply on the burnt area..then place the patch on it...you have to be very diligent..works on old and new burn scars...take a photo of it now..and then 4-6 weeks later....

You shud take her to a doctor, and find out what caused them and what she shud use.. different potions for different types of burns. Had it been anything else u cud've tried home-remedies etc. But burns are serious and this is her face that we're talking about!
