as i already told you that i have a lot of pimples on my forehead.they are becoming worse and they leave black spot.so it begins in the morning,every morning one or two new pimples,next day something white comes out and finally black spots are left.what can i do?please help me it looks terrible and my forehead is almost full of the spots.and i have started getting them on the cheeks,too.please help.

how old are you?? i had same problem when i was 15..but then they disappear after 3 years...
See a dermatologist, get prescription for medicine accordingly. If it's so bad that u're forehead is full of them, it's best to have it shown and get them treated. Don't waste time on topical creams, medicines.
- keep u're hair off u're face
- change u're pillowcase often
- keep u're face clean, use an astringent
- use a facewash with salicylic acid

i am 16,turning 17 this june.the pimples dissappear but they leave blak spots and my forehead is almost full of these spots.thats the problem and i thougt maybe is a natural ay or totkas to get rid of the spots,because the pimples dont last long.
