Serious breastfeeding question

Can a woman who has not had a child for over 10 years still breastfeed i.e produce milk?

Eg if she was to adopt a baby & wanted to breastfeed her.

Is there medication she would need to take to trigger this off?

Ya, you can take drugs to induce lactation. Ask your doctor for more info
