I love my post bran/raisin cerealin the morning. I mix it up honey nut cheeroes and flax seeds from costco. This is my daily week-day breakfast. Some juice on the side of course. Some vriances on the weekends.

Re: serious breakfast problem

you, my friend, are not normal.

Re: serious breakfast problem

Just replaced the flour and bread with whole flour and Brown bread.

Re: serious breakfast problem

roti and parathas are100x better than cereals and Cheerios. Honest

Re: serious breakfast problem

Rotis are, parathas aren't. I crave parathas and enjoy them too but those oils soaked parathas made with maida flour are no where near healthy.

Re: serious breakfast problem

it totally depends on your daily diet. To be honest, breakfast is the best time to eat extra carbs if you are planning to do some exercise. But those carbs have to be healty carbs

If you want to have bread, then go for brown bread. But if you don't then go for cereal (look for low carb high protein cerial with low fat milk) or go for oatmeal.

If you are ultimate goal is to loose weight, then to be honest, its really easy if you do just calorie count. Find your BMR and whatever your calorie count is to maintain your current weight, eat 500 calories less. its hard for guys since they don't know how to cook ( i just boil 2-3 pounds of chicken which is tasteless). but if you know how to cook then you can hae different sort of fat (Carbs free) protien yummy food like chicken breast, fish etc with green veges.

Re: serious breakfast problem

You can always use Olive oil...olive oil is good for your health.

Anyway, I eat a hard boiled egg in breakfast....I hate boiled eggs but they're great for your metabolism.

Re: serious breakfast problem

lucky you!
