Blessings and wishes for good health to you! It sounds like you have a really wonderful attitude!
My dad had a similar issue with shaking hands. His docs prescribed a medication which helped for a while, it may have been Inderol but I'm not sure. Ask your docs, they will know.
Another thing you could try is a wrist guard or other sort of wrist support, these are very common now with all the repetitive-motion mouse injuries and carpal-tunnel syndrome.
If these dont work, just keep reminding yourself that if a shaky hand is your biggest problem then you are surely blessed!! :)
thats actually sis..... mama of 3 (as in kids .. :)) ... anyway...
May Allah bless you with good health. I need to ask you something. Have you contacted any physician about this and how long you been experiencing this and how severe is this. In any case you really need to see doctor and/or therapist about this coz its always better safe than sorry (dont let it get too serious). There cure (though long time) with physical therapy involve exercise/yoga/weight training but again only physical therapist can help you correctly.

All good wishes for you Raza!
The shaking hand problem you have is not so uncommon with some meds (immune suppressants) taken after transplant..
Ask your doctor to check thyroid function too.
As Mmo3 said your doctor can try you on Inderal or like medicine (non-selective beta blocker)
The basic thing you need to care about your kidneys is that you should adopt the proper diet and avoid those things which are harmful to your kidney health. The most appropriate thing is you need is to consult your physicians and should act upon the advice.
