Dear Mr. Rajoo Jameel,

In your first post on this thread, you mentioned that Tajwar Shahana was a PTV announcer in 1972. Actually, this is incorrect. She was the announcer from Karachi Center from 1978 -1980.

She has one Drama serial to her credit "Aasman tak Deewar" directed by Haroon Rind and written by Noorul huda shah. This serial was telecast in the same time slot as Shahzad Khalil's "Tanhaiyaan" after it was over.

Thanks for correction
Asher

One more question Mr. Rajoo Jameel. It is good that our Television Industry is booming. The 4 serial per week launch is a pretty good indicator. This means that you guys should be on a look out for new talent but I have heard that these producers/directors still make it difficult for you. They are not as responsive to new talent. Why so? As an audience I really get bored seeing the same faces over and over again. Indian serials always introduce new talent in their new serials and their serials are very entertaining. Looks like they spend time in production.

Secondly, you said you have a bank job, and it must be 9-5 shift, the drama serials shoot at odd times, normally taking almost whole day, then how do you manage to act, travel and still continue with your bank job?

Bhai...you pose so many questions on me--:)
I will reply all...as soon as I reach New York by 19th March...
Currently I have traveling by Air, Road, Ferry and AMTRAK in USA....
Today I am in Chicago for 3 nights! Its cold out here but the food at J.K.Kabab House was superb on Devon Street.....popularly known as DEEWAN Street now:):)
